At Print Family, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process for Canada customers.

Returns accepted within 14 business days (for both defective & non-defective items)
Timeframe for Returns:
You have 14 business days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange (see Exchanges section below).

How to Initiate a Return:

Return Method:
All returns must be sent by mail only.
Return Authorization (RA):
Once approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization Number (RA). Write the RA number clearly on your return package.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees under any circumstances.
4. Exchanges
Defective/Damaged Items:
Report any damage or defect within 7 days of Delivery. We will offer an exchange for the same item or an item of equal value and cover return shipping.
Exchange Requests:

5. Order Cancellations

6. Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. defective or incorrect item). In such cases, we will provide a free return shipping label.
Original Shipping Fees:
These are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or product defect.
8. Canada Returns Only
This policy applies only to orders shipped within the Canada.
9. Return label
We include a prepaid return shipping label in the package for eligible returns.
If your item qualifies for a return, simply use the label provided to send it back to us.
